RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1.Services (Labour & Repairs)

  • Refunds for labour/services (e.g. diagnostics, repairs, fitting) will only be considered in cases where:

    • The service was not carried out as agreed.

    • A fault was incorrectly diagnosed and the repair did not resolve the issue.

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of service completion to raise a concern.

  • We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle and attempt to rectify any issues before a refund is considered.

2. Tyres and Tyre Fitting

  • New tyres can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days, provided:

    • They have not been fitted to a vehicle.

    • They are in brand-new, unused condition.

    • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

3.Fitted tyres are non-refundable unless:

  • A manufacturing fault is identified.

  • The wrong size/type was fitted due to an error on our part.

  • If a tyre is suspected to be faulty, we will arrange an inspection. If confirmed, a refund or replacement will be issued as appropriate.

  • Refunds do not apply to tyre wear or damage caused by road hazards or improper use.

  • Customer-supplied tyres: If you provide your own tyres for fitting, PDQ Tyres and Services is not responsible for any faults, defects, or performance issues related to those tyres. We will inspect tyres before fitting, but ultimate responsibility for their quality rests with the supplier or manufacturer.

4. Parts 

  • New parts can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days, if:

    • They are unused.

    • Still in original condition.

    • Accompanied by a valid receipt.

  • Special order parts may be non-refundable or subject to a restocking fee depending on supplier policies.

  • Fitted parts are non-refundable unless proven faulty.

5. Faulty Goods

  • If a tyre or part is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will:

    • Replace the item, or

    • Offer a refund, as appropriate.

  • All faulty items must be inspected and confirmed as defective by the manufacturer or supplier.

6. Cancellations

  • If a pre-booked appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a small fee may apply to cover workshop time and scheduling costs.
